Our latest dinner option is Fred's Burger, which has very good burgers and fries for relatively cheap, but also I am a millenial who had access to Cartoon Network in the early 2000s, which means that every time we get food from there I've got this guy in my head:

I really believe Ringo Starr is the only person on Earth who is unaffected by wealth or fame. I really think he's just Like That

I had the idea a while back that ballet dancers, due to the nature of their craft, probably do exercises as part of their training that are designed specifically to strengthen the muscles supporting and stabilising their joints. This is exactly the sort of thing that I want in my exercise routines, so I thought I'd look into if there were a way for me to steal from them. Obviously it would be a bad idea for me to attempt to fully get into ballet, but just like, their warmup routines &c

While I've bought a couple of introductory ballet manuals (I figure what I'm looking for will be something taught early and emphasised) I also started looking for ballet-inspired at-home exercise videos because I also figure that a. there will be a market for that kind of thing and b. what I'm looking for is probably the kind of thing that would be easy to teach to rank beginners. I've downloaded a few and today tried out one of them, unfortunately while I am intrigued by it and it is professing to be marketed to people with no experience in ballet, it does have a lot of 'move into a plie position' kind of terminology. There are people on-screen demonstrating, of course, but it does feel like it just jumps you immediately into things like you know what they're talking about

But I did half an hour of that today and we'll see if it helps or if it makes my joints feel more fucky

Several muscles I don't use much are a bit sore

Played Palworld with Dave again tonight and now I'm up too late but I did get 3 cakes for showing a woman one of my pals

Also played more RE3 with ash and continue to enjoy it! We have found the shrimp babies and I hate them but I love that. I also did try to take down the Nemesis, finally, and it took way too much ammo and I died for my troubles, so I won't be doing that again. Good to know it is in fact not worth it

The death does mean I have to redo some stuff, but I'd spent a fair amount of time just trying to figure out what we were supposed to do next, so it shouldn't take me too long to get back there

Alright, bed. ash and I are going to de-decorate the christmas stuff tomorrow! This will likely involve him sitting and putting stuff in boxes while I ferry the decorations to him and the boxes to the garage

We have de-christmas-ed the house. I'm now hanging out in my room with my cat for a bit to let my back rest, probably soon ash and I will watch a movie

It's lovely outside, I have my back door open again to let in the fresh air.

A primary goal this coming week is going to be getting my desk cleaned off and then set up properly so I can actually use it. I suspect a reason I struggle so much with creative productivity is how I'm sitting or laying down most of the time, so maybe being at a desk for a while every day will help
