Bit of a rough one today! I've had a mouth sore for the past couple days that doesn't want to go away, which made speaking in class a little blah. I also slept super hard last night and my shoulders and neck are hurting, both from that and the sore messing with my immune system. Slept hard despite Cael waking up at about six for zoomies again. He kept bringing me a toy and I'd just drop it off the side of the bed while half-asleep.
Speaking of class, the professor opened with 'I saw after class last week that a bunch of people had been talking in the chat, please don't use the chat during class time, if you have any questions you can ask me'. This, uh, did not stop people from talking in the chat but we didn't get any like, full on discourse today at least.
I'm a little braindead today so while I did look over all the questions we'd be doing today, when she had me and a partner do a question that wasn't in the book, I completely fumbled on answering it. Otherwise I did okay though, listening comprehension and spontaneous generation are just my weak points and I really need to work on improving there. But that's haaaarrrd.
Have homework to do, going to do it tomorrow. Two grammar pages and a kanji practice page -- but not the hard one, I expect we'll get that assigned on thursday. I think that's how things shook out last time.
One of the Secret Projects I was working on for months was putting together a keyboard for Sor, since I knew theirs was breaking and plus I could probably make one in their colours for them. A couple of weeks ago I ended up showing it off to them on webcam while we were dating, so I could see their reaction to it, but so it wasn't a surprise when they got it today. Talked about it in their thread a bit (so did they).
Going to eat more food and play video games, probably go to bed a bit early. Backup download is still going, it's up to 9% done. Hopefully it does not take thirty days to finish.
