Day three for three of Oz eating her wet food at lunchtime! One and two I had to add broth to to get her to start eating it, but today I didn't -- she's eating chicken and salmon, though, so that's kind of easy mode. Intentionally; I'm trying to work her up to the more novel cans

(Salmon is probably Oz's favourite food, or second favourite to cheesy chicken rice)

Re: Promiseland
I ordered instacart groceries and got texts after the shopper had delivered them that she had changed items in my order, which I had marked 'refund if not available', and the texts weren't even 'confirm this replacement' it was just 'your shopper has made a change to your order' which I really feel like I should get to have some input on? And then when I went to give feedback on the website I can't anymore, I can just rate out of five stars. No way to say why I gave a certain rating or anything
And on top of that it was $90. For some fruit, taquitos, baby food, and a case of soda.
A very video-gamey weekend! I finally got around to doing the other path in ENA Dream BBQ and then 100%ed the achievements (even the really hard one). Really like the game, and really like all the ENA animations, if you have seen those you have a pretty good idea what to expect from the game. Wish there were more chapters, though.
Also got Lee to start playing it tonight and he's enjoying it as well
Been doing some mindless Laundry Store Simulator but it's not really grabbing me anymore, and played a little Digimon World and AI Somnium Files, and on Saturday in specific I played Peak and MTG with Erika and Dave. I need to make my own deck to play with them with
If fedex's estimate is accurate then I should get bedstuff tomorrow. I've been holding off on putting the awning together because when the cal-king mattress is out of the way then I'll have space to do that in my room
I'm pretty hungry so I should eat some more food, and I'm also pretty tired so I will probably go to bed early.

Re: Promiseland
Even if the bedstuff arrives tomorrow it will definitely be doing it in the afternoon or evening, so I won't have time to get it all washed and dried. So the plan will be to sleep one night on it as-is and start washing/sunning things on following days. That'll also split up all the relevant chores (move current bed, clean floor, etc) a bit so I'm not totally destroying myself by trying to do everything at once

Re: Promiseland
I keep a roll of paper towels in my room for general paper towel use, but I also just keep it sitting on my floor which means the end of it gets kind of gross, and I have so far dealt with this by just not thinking too hard about it. But since we rearranged the living room we have had two paper towel holders in the kitchen and I thought, hey, maybe I could steal one to keep my paper towel rolls on so they're not sitting directly on the floor
Lee agreed to this thievery (though he likes having multiple paper towel rolls in the kitchen so may ask to steal it back if he decides he hates only having the one in there) so I have just cleaned it (I was given the one that has so far lived next to the stove, so it had gotten a bit greasy) and taken it into my room. Theft succeeded!

Comparing scan times to time zones, that seems to have happened in GMT -4, or an hour east of Eastern. Where the heck is my package??
Also the destination time and Pacific are different, so what's going on there?

Also the estimated delivery hasn't changed at all despite apparently not yet arriving in California. Much like the steamdeck tracking, this package is simply Not In Connecticut
