My -- not main, but most persistent niggle with this adaptation is the same one I have with most adaptations into TV shows or movies, which is that they insist on dumbing everything down to be as understandable as possible to as wide an audience as possible. I really wish they'd let things just be unexplained for a while

On the other hand the actor playing Dream is exactly as maudlin and dramatic and emo as he should be

My only issue with Constantine in this adaptation is that her coat is absolutely not grubby enough to be a sentient cursed garment that ruins the life of everyone who wears it and wants Constantine to die

God I brought up the Rachel reveal but I'd completely forgotten what they're doing with the protection amulet

Yeah, no, they didn't care about the body horror in Eternal Waking, they just cut it for time
