Today I grated some cheese over the yorkshire puddings and that was also very good

These didn't turn out quite right, but for not turning out they turned out pretty good. They're more yorkshire puddings with leftover mix of diced onion, cilantro, and lemon juice (I think) that ash made for tonight's taco dinner spooned into the middle, and fancy cheese grated on top. It's just that -- you ever do a new thing fine a few times and then you try to do it and you do it the exact same way but everything just kind of goes a little sideways? This was that time for me

But it was still delicious, so.

Today I paid bills, ordered some necessities, and bought myself three months of an ESO subscription, then I basically spent all day playing that. I really just stopped to get food and in a minute here I'll probably fire it back up

Tomorrow I should get back to Doing Things, like Productive Things -- I have another solo Arcadia recording to do and a Seed Money recording on Saturday that I need to have an accent prepared for; I've been reading through a linguistics textbook; I need to read more of my library book; and there's always just general house stuff that needs to be taken care of. I wanted to do lexember this year but I don't think I'll be able to, and honestly there's not really any point to it anyway since I'm not on social media anymore, but I do want to do some more conlang work, both on my projects and on the conscript ash has me making for him. Oh, and I really need to get back to doing my physical therapies and going on short walks every day.

But for the rest of today I'm just going to be a slug.

Had someone ask if they can 'take a photo of me' in ESO, which feels a little weird

The group that’s needed just did /not/ have any reasonable shares times. So it’s two monster sessions.

I don't want to get out of bed. I don't want to exist. I don't want to do or take care of anything. I want to dig a large hole and bury myself in it.

Tonight's ESO's regularly scheduled maintenance, so I literally can't stay up all night playing it. It's good timing, because I really do want to go to sleep early tonight

Arcadia tomorrow, and all the other aforementioned responsibilities. I'm struggling a bit lately because, in addition to general depression and bad brain, I've got something physical that's making me feel Bad if I'm standing for more than a minute or so. Not great!

But I'm going to go get ready for bed, then try reading for a bit

So ash has been sick for the past bit and today has completely lost his voice. We're going to separate ourselves to try to avoid bringing upon my head (throat) the same fate, but it's likely already too late for that. I was trying to do some solo recording a bit ago and my voice became distinctly scratchy (as my throat still is, now). Hopefully it doesn't fully manifest, or at least not so much as to interfere with the recording Saturday. There was also a recording Sunday that ash has already rescheduled in light of this.

There was also supposed to be a non-solo recording today, but one of the actors was a no-show. He is hopefully okay, but it's an hour later and he still hasn't even come online -- he has a very stressful job and there's a solid chance he is asleep and forgot we were recording today, but he also has some health problems and it's possible those are responsible. But it's also been rescheduled, now, so

I've done something to my foot and now there's shooting pains whenever I walk on it -- standing on it is fine, and I can walk on the instep and be fine, but that puts weird pressure on my hip and just causes a different pain. Coincidentally, it is raining

Sleep was pretty interrupted -- cats -- but I did manage maybe seven hours, and then an hour or so more, so it's not so bad. Obviously my current state of being is going to prevent me from getting much done, but if my throat feels okay later I should start properly preparing for BSFF.
