She did end up eating some of it, so hopefully it isn't spoiled after all. I do generally trust her to not eat spoiled food, she's always been good about that, as you'd expect from a cat.
That she wants to leave her food for a while and come back to it, lately, is a legitimate and good reason to try to get her off of raw, because that's not safe practices. (I do fridge it when she's not eating it, but still). To say nothing of her continued refusal to eat non-muscle meat, which makes sense with how much muscle she's lost, that she's trying to maximise that kind of protein intake. But she needs vitamins
She does eat the organs occasionally so I'm not super-duper worried, but it's another reason to want to switch her back to conventional foods. I just will really miss the dental benefits - nothing comes close to raw bone for keeping animal teeth clean and healthy
