I do wanna try and hit up a thrift store today but we will see how much motivation I have to drive to a Location

I need to get some quick meal stuff at Aldi today also, the State of Erikabrain has made me super food apathetic and I keep literally procrastinating on eating until I start tantruming like a Sim

I accomplished most of the things today!

I got a little more caught up on chores &tc and did go to a thrift store, although not the one I actually wanted to go to. My preferred thrift store requires driving to; there is a Goodwill in walking distance of me but it's pretty junky and it was no different today, so I ended up only browsing for a little bit and then dipping out. I'm on the hunt for dishware (the break-up means that I will have no dishes, so I am using the opportunity to embrace a Mismatched Thrifted Dishes aesthetic), so I'll try to go next weekend when it's not so frickin' cold outside

Anyhow, I did chores, played video games, grabbed my library book, and in general let my brain recover. Tomorrow's my Monday so we'll see how that goes, it's been painfully busy and hectic at work lately so if everyone could stop dying for like, one minute please

Your art development is stunning! I actually love all the textures on your older picture of Silas --is that all digital? His scars look so cool!-- but I can see the improvement in shading/depth/something arty like that?

My roomie got, like, a former coworker's collection of fiestaware, and it's all in different colours, so we have the lovely pairing of "everything stacks because it's the same shape" with "SO MANY DIFFERENT COLOURS!"

Multi-colored Fiesta Ware is so so good. When I next properly invest in tableware, i’m pulling out my Marigold fiesta ware and augmenting it.
