Had today off work for my pre-op appointment! it went well and I'm all set for surgery on the 21st, which still doesn't feel real because it's been so difficult to get to this point

(I think I've been on-and-off with keeping this on ghide but I am getting top surgery! my gender is dandy but I'm still a she/her, for whatever general record)

anywhos, the appointment was quick and easy and I probably didn't need to take an entire day off work for it, but the time off gave me enough spoons to actually cook food for once so I have some delicious chicken and rice cooling for me to dig into here in a bit!

I drew this a bit ago (D&D illustration, Rex w/ aspects of the Raven Queen) and I don't haaaaaaaaate it but I wasn't very happy with it -- I think the separate elements look fine, but together it's a bit messy

It doesn't have the movement I wanted, and I don't think it's clear that the aspects are antagonistic, so I'm trying again and so far this is much better!

A bit unmotivated but have tons of stuff to do this weekend, so I'm playing Skyrim with breaks in-between to do Three Things each break, so far with success. I've gotten the living room and kitchen tidied, as well as my bedroom, and next is to start whittling away at some miscellaneous tasks including trying to set up the dining table area for Masque (who is coming down to help w/ my surgery) to do remote work. Also need to confirm what supplies I have and if I need to buy anything else, and return my library book, and drop off donations, and and and ianodvioandadg
