to-do list! let's make one

1) laundry (include washing my binder; I've been hand-washing it since it's on my body A Lot right now and I don't want it to be yucky, but I read the wash instructions on the tag and it can go on the machine, woo!)
2) small grocery run (need more Cellies and some salad stuff)
3) grab library book
4) check my ebook hold??? that task fell into the aether of post-surgery haze

ok I sit for a bit and enjoy the morning and then engage Tasks Mode

I am wearing a shirt without my surgical binder for the first time (waiting for the binder to wash/dry) and it's a really wild sensation

all done except the last, which is in progress right now (kindle is charging and I can pull up the library interface once it's charged)

I am gonna walk on my treadmill and stretch my leggies some more and then decide if I want to write, draw, or junk journal before re-engaging video games mode

I started a new Skyrim save a bit ago with the intent of finally completing the main quest for once and man

it's just...............one of the most boring parts of the game, unfortunately

There's a big cool world-ending dragon but he gets surprisingly little screentime and maybe it's rad when you go to heaven and fight him but I've never gotten that far because everything leading up to it is boringggg

I was feeling a little cooped up today, so I went thrifting!

Specifically I wanted to check out a used craft supply store near me (https://www.thewasteshed.com/ in Evanston), which was great if a little overstimulating. I got some thread for a sewing project and some stickers and stamps for junk journaling! It was literally like $2 and there was probably more stuff I would've wanted but I wasn't feeling doing a deep dive. After that I went to Goodwill and got a lil buddy:

as well as some pants that are, along with the lil buddy, in the laundry basket waiting on a wash.

It was nice to get out and about, I'm a home body for sure but even I have my limits

tomorrow I hopefully get my drains out!! fingies crossed that goes well
