Everything else aside, "Crowley" is my favourite and go-to perfume, so that's a bummer

Sor and I haven't dated in a while because our schedules aren't aligning very well and we've both been busy, but we had one tonight! Just got on a video call and chatted for two hours, about all manner of thing. It was nice
Now I'm going to eat spaghetti and watch a video, and then I'll get back to cleaning.
Yeah we're getting much closer to bullying than I'm comfortable with
[twenty straight minutes of learning Xγ«Yγ«θ‘γ structure ('Z goes to X for the purpose of Y', lit 'X to Y to go'; contrasted with the 'Z goes to X and does Y' or 'Z goes to X because they do Y' structures we've studied previously)]

student: it super zoomed out I could hardly read it
other student: zoom in?
student: i did now
Call me crazy but I don't think not being able to read the textbook has anything to do with not knowing what we're doing in class right now, especially when he clearly was reading the text just fine
This is a pattern, of him volunteering to answer a question, having no idea what we're doing, and just saying whatever in a super casual tone
Hanging out waiting for the house to get inspected. Cael is less shy than our other cats, so Erik's taken him off somewhere that isn't here, which means I'm responsible for letting people in and following them through our home as they make sure we're not destroying it.
Was up all night getting everything ship-shape, and while I was at it I also got my homework done. Now I just wait. They gave us a window of between 9 and 12, so ideally I don't need to wait three hours, and also ideally Cael can come back home sooner than in three hours.
Also did the vocabulary quiz -- 18/18. And since I've got all that done, when the inspection is over I can just go right to sleep
Inspection has came and went, just waiting on Erik to get back with Cael and then I'll lay down for a while
I think he took note of the lack of fire alarm in the front of the house, so we may end up with people coming by to install one in the near future, but he didn't say anything about it. Took a picture of Ivy, commented on dogecoin when he found out she was a shiba inu, ran the taps and looked under the sinks, and flushed the toilets and made sure they weren't wobbling or leaking, and then he left. On his way out I commented on how painless their inspections always are and we got to talking a little about how not painless they are for some houses but he affirmed that we're fine and obviously keeping the house in good shape.
So that's another year down.
Oh, that last bit is really nice to hear.
I have a very very very poor concept of how well we keep house relative to other families. I know relative to /my own/ history, it's a lot better, but I always figure everyone else is just way more composed than I am.
So, nice. I'm proud of us.
aaaaaa Mouthwashing is out!!
