Yeah Arwen's conflict is just not doing anything for me, she showed up halfway through the franchise to Be Sad at the camera and I just don't have a reason to have bought in to it

The funny thing is that, twenty years down the line, there are a lot of special effects and camera techniques in this $94 million dollar movie series that are now really common in youtube videos

So there are some scenes that just, look like an internet video to me and part of me keeps expecting them to turn out to be a parody or something

A wonderful trivia is that the Ents marching on Saruman exists because Tolkien was disappointed the trees in MacBeth were just men pretending to be trees
