Was feeling fine for most of the day and then a couple hours ago I rapidly spiralled down into shitty. Drank some electrolytes on the off chance it was that, though I have no idea why it would be, and it maybe helped a little but I continue to feel like Ass. Probably a migraine, though my glasses also aren't really helping. Going to be an early bed, but I had planned on that anyway
