Well, the dock arrived

 
Welp.

At least they finally admitted it

Still 'not in new jersey', for the record.

Not a lot done today, naturally. On the off-chance the package did arrive, I didn't want it sitting on the porch for however long, so I kept checking every hour or so until the ETA switched to 'pending' in the evening.

Mild disappointments aside -- again, I didn't really expect it to get here today -- I was feeling just kind of meh all day. Low-key and melancholic. It'll pass, but in the meantime, meh.

Did water. Did a last-minute die read. Hung out with ash a little until he went to bed. We have plans to minigolf on Saturday, and that'll be fun.

Thinking about going back to the UU church on sundays -- all current data shows COVID cases, hospitalisations, and deaths trending down, though it's impossible to tell how much of that is actual fact and how much is because places just aren't testing or reporting as much anymore. Current data is genuinely impossible to get. However, vaccination rates for the area are up, which is a little hope-bringing. I'm hoping I'll be okay if I mask while there? It would be nice to start going again.

Ah finally an update! Package has arrived in Sacramento and has a new estimated delivery of tomorrow afternoon

Of course, the status now is just 'delay'

Waiting around for package, I now also get to wait around for my over-the-phone doctor appointment
