What is the 'healthy' cooking obsession with chickpeas, who at Big Chickpea is paying off all these people to make disgusting cookies

the thing about chickpeas is, as much as I like them, in a lot of things when you grind them up it's just gonna, like.

you made hummus. you made weird hummus. It's gonna taste like weird hummus

Maybe I'll go to the store later and get the stuff to make cooki----nevermind I don't have a sheet pan anymore

Maybe I'll just SUFFER without ANY COOKIES AT ALL (or buy some from one of nine thousand bakeries within walking distance of me, privileged to live in Uptown Chicago)

I feel like I should belatedly note I actually do have cookies but they're the ones O Dave made and therefore I am eating them sparingly as lil treatos

Still healing, still chugging along!

Today my cleaning task is gonna be to dust my bedroom and the bathroom, and also to double-check a few things and make sure they're as optimized for Ex Finally Getting Her Shit as possible. So far it seems like she's coming w/ friends on the 15th to pack, and then coming a separate day in March w/ movers to get the stuff out. Fingers crossed the process is as pain-free as possible; obviously it will be extremely awkward and whatever, but so long as it gets done.

I'm hoping to finish a specific digital art today, as well, just because I'm tired of working on it and wanna work on other pieces.
