I think my fun money next month will be used for a holster bag for my camera

Alright! Did not get a holster bag, but found a used shoulder bag that should be just big enough to hold my camera in a grab-and-shoot angle plus the lenses, and also opens away from the body (instead of toward the body, like most bags). So all of the reasons I specifically wanted it to be a holster bag anyway.

I also bought Digimon World: Next Order last night because it's currently on sale for $10, and I've been enjoying playing it! I am delighted that it's so similar to the original Digimon World -- I love the jankiness and weirdness of the original and a reason I've been hesitant to try any of the new ones is a worry that they'd be too different from it for me to enjoy it.

What I don't like is having two companions to take care of, but on the other hand I did get to name one of them Oz and the other Cael, so there is that.

 
I was up late last night dealing with some health stuff (nothing terrible, just annoying) so I ended up sleeping in today and that threw my schedule off. I did set up in the study for a bit and got a couple python exercises done, but then decided to shut it down early and go play more digimon in my room. So that has been my day!

In a bit ash will be home and we'll hang out, and then tonight will be Palworld with Dave

I'm always saying in video games that when you're a high enough level, lower level enemies should stop running up to you begging to get their asses kicked and I am so happy to say that Digimon World actually does this! I'm walking around out here with a champion and an ultimate level digimon and the level 2s out in the field just get out of my way and leave me alone. I can seek them out to fight them if I want but they don't interrupt me and my very important ultimate business and I appreciate that so much

Oh no, re: bike!

I don't know about electrics, but on my acoustic bike, I've rolled it on a flat for a while and it hasn't been too bad for the rims or tire. To be fair, I try to lift a little as I walk, so it's not putting as much weight on whichever tire is flat? I don't know if that has any effect.

Again, not sure how it applies to electrics, but patch kits for tubes are pretty cheap (around here every bike shop sells little boxed ones for $2-5) and it's not too much a pain in the ass to patch a tube, as long as you can easily get the tire on and off. My current bike has Stupid Tires, and so I can't, and I really need to replace those at some point soon. It would probably be good for me to try and get it to the Good Bike Shop before it gets warm and beautiful and everyone frantically wants bike tune-ups, but we have a lot of snow right now.

That's a hell of a nail to pull out though (well, screw). Usually the things I find are much shorter and smaller. Very dramatic!
