busy day!

Today is my Saturday equivalent and I told myself if I ripped the band-aid off two agonizing but necessary adulting phone calls/tasks, I could go to the thrift store as a treato. So I did the things (called to schedule movers, gave my official notice to current landlords that I'll be vacating in June) and then walked to my favorite thrift store in the Uptown area!

I got:
two neato button-up shirts
a pair of silky pants
a brand new bread loaf pan with a honeycomb pattern on top
a ceramic mixing bowl (I am still piecemeal-building kitchenware and so far have enjoyed doing so + have remembered to check that everything is dishwasher and microwave safe, go me!)

all for like $10!

Then I walked back, rested a bit + did a few parallel play tasks while hanging out with Greggo, and now I'm eating some food and deciding if I want to flop and watch YouTube or play a video game or what. I think this evening I'll hang out in chat and draw, so maybe some Mechanicus until then?

oh, I also got an uhhhh, egg plate? like one of those plates you put deviled eggs in with the little scoopy places to set the eggs?

I've been keeping an eye out for one so that was an exciting find

Lazy start to my morning, I laid in bed super comfy until my need to start my day was stronger than my need to be cozy (this took a while), and then spaced out on some ESO dailies after making a quick grocery order. It's ready for pick-up so I'm gonna run and do that, then I should be back in time to watch some anime with Greggo and Masque, during which I'll either draw or continue to do ESO dailies.

After that the day is pretty much mine and I do have some chores to do (laundry, namely), but I do not foresee me being an Erika of action today, otherwise

I was planning on getting a tattoo today (small tattoo, so a walk-in situation vs appointment, although I do have two major tattoos upcoming in June and July that I have appointments for already ) but I might make that a next weekend Erika thing, I am kinda gassed

groceries get!

I really need to tidy (I've kinda transitioned into "messy because moving" mode but we're a little beyond that in a few spots), start laundry, start meal prep (wanna marinate the chicken) but like

it's already 9 AM so it's basically already 10 AM which is anime time and I couldn't pooooooooossibly get anything done so I might as well stay cozy in my chair

re: tidying, normally I am extremely fastidious about my space but the entire Situation has got me constantly in bachelor mess mode and I don't love it about myself, I genuinely think moving and resetting my environment to one my abuser didn't live in will kinda override that so I'm not worried about it but also like

okay, watched some anime, did a few chores whilst I watched, gonna sit for...................let's say maximum an hour and then I need to engage productivity mode for at least a lil bit
