We did not end up Daiso or noodles. ash went to get his eyes checked and they flashed him with bright lights directly in his eyes, so he came home with a migraine. We hung out for a bit, then he went to lay down in the dark for two hours and I hung out in my room, then we hung out again until like 10 PM which is quite late for us! It was nice, body pains aside (my leg spontaneously hurt like the dickens to stand on near the end of the night, it feels mostly okay now I think?). We tried a like, italian/indian fusion place for dinner, and it was alright but not great but pretty cheap. We may try them again
We played the 2-player mode on Kuukiyomi 2 and had a lot of fun. I do wish those had more replayability but I think they're like five dollars, so. They are a blast to play with people when neither of you know what could be coming
I'm going to eat more and watch some youtube, now

The door was mostly closed, I assume he pushed it while in there and he's not smart enough to try pulling it back open

I've been playing with this tool, Phoneme Shifter, that someone linked on the conlangs reddit, which reads out phonetic transcriptions in a robot voice. So I wrote a short, uh, cautionary tale? In teket, to make it read
cit hiren, guret kuu kit seki tarhemin.
/cɪt hɪɾˈɛn, ˈgɯ-ɾɛt kɯˈʌ kɪd ˈzɛ-ki tɐ ɹɛˈmɪn/
TOPIC fish, cause.INAN 1SG 3SG.INAN see.INAN OBJ.tree
ulmaki kit chathit tarhemin hir iulmaneki ta rhem.
/ɯlˈmɐ-ki kɪt ˈçɐ-θɪt tɐ ɹɛˈmɪn hɪɾ ɪɯl mɐˈnɛ-ki dɐ ɹɛm/
want.INAN 3SG.INAN climb.INAN OBJ.tree but NEG.have.INAN OBJ.hand
thekil kit ile iulkaki.
/ˈθɛ-kɪl kɪd ɪˈlɛ ɪɯl ˈkɐ-ki/
try.INAN 3SG.INAN then NEG.live
You know the fish? I show it a tree. It wants to climb the tree but it doesn't have hands. It tries, it dies.

For a fun time just throw some regular ass sentences in there and listen to the weird accent the robot gets when it tries to pronounce them

My current least favourite thing is how if you complain about the flavour of something online a dozen people show up to tell you you're probably allergic to it
