Got a good grade in therapy!!
For real, though, my therapist said I was doing a lot of really good work, and she was impressed with how I bring up stuff, think through it, and then try to integrate it into my behavior, and it felt really really good.
I like my therapist a lot, and appreciate that she praises me, and that it feels like I’ve earned it when she does.
And I want to try to post here daily. Will be good for me. Thank you for making this thread.
